The headline reads "From Being Stuck In A Gray Cubicle For 12 Hours Per Day To Acquiring 7 Airbnb Properties." The six bullet points are benefit-focused but generic: "fast-track financial freedom," "100% legal STR Tax Loophole," "scale without personal capital."

What This Costs You

Every field you add to a form drops your conversion rate. Going from 3 fields to 9 can cut registrations by 40-60%. You are paying for traffic across three platforms and losing a chunk of those clicks at the optin because of form friction.

From the outside, we cannot see what email sequence runs after the $1 purchase. But if the post-purchase sequence is basic (receipt email, maybe one follow-up), you are leaving significant revenue on the table.

What This Costs You

A weak post-purchase sequence means your coaching application page does all the heavy lifting. People see the $12K price tag cold. No context on why your program is different. No proof that students succeed. No emotional journey from "I bought a $1 guide" to "I need this coaching."

Target audience: High-income W-2 earners ($150K+) looking for tax optimization, not just "passive income."

Emotional driver: Frustration with taxes. The feeling of watching a third of your paycheck disappear.

Why it works: This reframes the conversation. Instead of "make money with Airbnb," it becomes "legally reduce your tax burden by six figures." Different buyer. Higher income. More urgent pain point. Randy and Michelle saving $100K in year one is the proof point that anchors this angle.

Where to run it: LinkedIn ads targeting high-income professionals. Facebook lookalike audiences based on your existing students in the $150K+ income bracket. YouTube pre-roll targeting finance and tax content.

Side Note: Your Attribution Has a Blind Spot

You are running ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok. We found no Hyros, TripleWhale, CAPI, or Wicked Reports on any of your pages. No GA4 either, despite running Google Ads.

That means you probably cannot tell which platform, campaign, or creative is driving your coaching applications. At your scale, that blind spot likely costs more than the fix.
